IDEA PITCHING

Idea Pitching is explaining your creative concept or proposal to others. I recently pitched my idea to my teacher, who was enthusiastic about it. It included 

• Title: 123 ( Working Title) 

• Logline: A young boy is under a lot of pressure as his parents expect a lot from him, and his family life is difficult. He is unable to finish an important exam which would determine what university he would go to. However, we are yet to know whether he is able to or not.

• Synopsis: In this story, a boy is seen giving his paper. He fails to attempt half the paper and the time ends. Walking out of the examination hall, the boy is really stressed and goes into a corner and cries. Then the scene goes into a flashback of the past few days where his parents can be seen fighting and his father slaps his mother. Due to all this tension, it is becoming difficult for him to study and concentrate. His parents have high expectations of him and he himself needs good grades in order to be able to get into a good university. The scene then fast forwards to his result day where he is seen sitting on his desk waiting for his result but as soon as he opens the email the film ends.
